Leadership

ForGen Collaborative Consulting is led by Jasmin Foreman, a youth program strategist with nearly two decades of experience in the districts, nonprofits, and schools where real youth programming lives.

About Jasmin

For nearly two decades, I've helped nonprofits, schools, and community-based organizations bring their program visions to life. My work has always lived at the intersection of strategy, partnership, and impact -strengthening the communities these programs serve.

I founded ForGen Collaborative Consulting to bring that experience to mission-driven leaders who need a partner they can trust. My background spans youth development, youth recidivism, work readiness for youth and adults, arts education, mentoring, community engagement, and organizational operations. Whether scaling programs across districts, rebuilding business plans, developing cross-sector partnerships, or designing evaluation systems, my focus has stayed the same: building the strategies and structures that help organizations thrive.

Why "ForGen"

ForGen is short for For Generations. The programs we build today either create impact that lasts for decades, or they don't. That gap is usually a structural problem, not a passion problem. ForGen exists to close it.

At ForGen, collaboration isn't a buzzword, it's the foundation of how we work. We sit beside your team, understand your challenges, and help you move from idea to implementation with clarity, intention, and measurable results. Together, we co-create solutions that honor your mission, elevate your programs, and advance your community.
